The method in this training is based on the idea of active learning. Through this e-learning you will find usefull infromation to improve your awareness on this subject and interactive excercises to reinforce your learning.
You will have the opportunity to read and reflect, first on your own while you do the training, and later by extending your learning further through discussions with your friends and colleagues.
This way of learning can be discribed as a ‘learning helix’ where each part is equally important and reinforces the other. We all have different ways of learning and this training has been designed to meet different learning styles.
The most important part is that, after you complete this training, you are able to confidently work on these issues, both as part of the Gaisce Award and wider societal contexts.
